Founded in 1971, trans-o-flex has developed over the years into an European service provider engaged in the areas of procurement, distribution and warehouse logistics.
Our innovative logistics solutions are custom-made and offer the utmost quality, reliability and flexibility. Our extremely careful shipment services provide the perfect solution for shipping high-value and sensitive goods. Our customers are B2B forwarders, who send large numbers of consignments to different consignees on a regular basis.
Facts and figures
The annual sales revenue of the Group, employing some 1,900 persons, came to around 500 million euros in 2015. In April 2016 Amberger Familien GbR, Tegernsee and Schoeller Holding, Munich/Zurich
took over trans-o-flex in equal shares.
